1．General
Y2 series medium-scale high voltage three-phase asynchronous motors (Frame sizes 355-560), are our new generation products designed and manufactured by the technical personnel of our company who absorbed the advanced technique abroad. The mounting dimensions, power grades, electrical performance of these motors all comply with the national standard GB755-2000 Rotating electrical machines--Rating and performance, machine industry standard JB/T10444-2004 Y series high voltage three-phase asynchronous motor technique condition (Frame sizes 355-560) and relevant IEC international standard. Compare with the Y series high voltage three-phase asynchronous motors, the cubage of these motors is more small, the configuration is more compact, and the craft is more advanced, the motors are with features of high efficiency and power factor, low noise and vibration, reliable performance and convenience for mounting and maintaining.
The rated frequency of the motor is 50 Hz, and we can also provide 60 Hz or special frequency motor under the request of the order.
The configuration and mounting type of the motor is IMB3 and the cooling method is IC411.

2．Configuration
The frame and end shield of the motor are all made of cast iron in good quality. The radiating ribs in orthogonal are located at outside the frame. Its configuration is compact and comfortable, thus the rigidity and stability is good
The stators of our motors are mounted by outside press method to parallel work and shorten the production period; The windings are made of class F insulation materials, temperature rise will be considered on class B to extension the life; At each end there are reliable fastness and colligation. During processing, they are suffered many times of pulse voltage tests on windings interlayer and voltage endurance test to ground, and the motor has excellent insulation, strong mechanical and fine moisture protection.
The squirrel cage rotor is the copper bars configuration, which can reduce the lost and improve the efficiency, the bar and end ring are welded in a whole set with advanced intermediate frequency welding craft, fastness and endurance. We can manufacture motors with cast aluminum rotor under special using conditions and property requests.
Y2 series motor is a basic series and its protection class is IP54 or IP55. We can also manufacture protection type motor with protection class IP23 under the order request.
The junction box of the stator is located at the right side of the motor generally (viewed from the end of shaft extension), it can be also located at the left side of the motor under the order request, one ground terminal has been set in it.

3．Application
