TM(TDMK) series three-phase synchronous motor for mine grinding mill brief introduction
1.General These motors should be worked on the following indoor conditions: altitude will be not more than 1000m, cooling medium temperature will be not more than 40 centigrade, few atomy, no corrosive gas such as steam, acid gas, alkaline gas, etc. The rated voltage of these motors is 6000V, and we can supply 3000V and 10000V under the customer?s requirements. The permitted fluctuation of rated voltage is +5%, the rated power frequency is 50Hz, we can also provide 60Hz or special frequency motor under the request of the motor, and the rated power factor is 0.9 (leading). There is a column shaft extension end on the motor, the direction of rotation is according to the indicator stated, the direction of rotation is counterclockwise (view from the slip ring side), and we can also make motors with the clockwise direction under the requirement. The shaft extension of the motor could not accept applied radial force or axial force when the motor is connected with the grinding mill by the coaxial coupler. The exciting systems of these motors adapted thyristor-exciting installations. The motor is permitted to start in full voltage. If the electric power network of the customer is not permitted to start in full voltage, it can be stated in drop voltage, meanwhile, The fall of the starting current of the motor is in direct proportion to the terminal voltage, and the fall of the starting torque is in direct proportion to the square of the terminal voltage. There are six terminals on the lead wire of the rotor, they are leaded out separately from the lead wire nips which located at the bottom of the base by high voltage latex cable wire: U1,V1,W1,U2,V2,W2. It can be also leaded out by lead wire box under required. Pedestal bearing: oil ring bearing and compound bearing are adopted. The pedestal bearing are fixed among the soleplate which equipped with insulated pillow board, avoiding occur bearing current.
2.Configuration The ventilation type of these motors is opened natural ventilation or complete closed pipeline ventilation type. The base are welded by steel plate, the lead wire terminal is located at the bottom of the motor base. The stator core is geminated by sector plates which are punched by 0.5mm thickness low-loss silicon steel sheet, each part of the core is separated by the radial wind channel sheet, the winding is adopted molding superposition short pitch winding. The winding is class B or F insulation, temperature rise will be considered on class B to extension the life; there are reliable fastness and colligation at each end of the windings. The stator windings are treated with vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) technology. During processing, they are suffered many times of pulse voltage tests on windings interlayer and voltage endurance test to ground, and the motor has excellent insulation, strong mechanical and fine moisture protection. The poles of the rotor is punched by steel plate, they are assembled on the rotor pole yoke together with the pole windings, the pole windings are class B or F insulation, we can design the revolving shaft to shaft with hole form under the customers requirements when the customer adapted air clutch.
3.Application These motors are large-scale AC three-phase synchronous motors being used to drive grinding mill for mine. They are mainly used to drive grid ball mill, rod mill, coal mill, etc.
